The declining level of inventory, especially for new homes available, is an indication of the uptick in agent/broker calls...requesting information on available "quick-move-in" homes. We have experienced a surge in calls and on site activity since the start of the new year. All indications, also given historically low interesst rates, well below 4%, are for now, pointing to not only an early spring market upon us, but most likely a busy one!

I would like to take a minute and thank Barbara and Dr. Roy Heron for this once in a lifetime suprise party. Just seeing everyones faces was thank you enough. The buyers at St James propertys have come together like no other I have ever seen before, they are very caring and watch out for each other, security, caring and visiting each other. On the day they moved in Barbara and Dr. Heron started taking names, notes, e mail addresses and phone numbers for all who live here and as a result have formed a community like no other. Its a great feeling of success for me to have performed as well as I have been told, so please send those referrals to Piscataway Landing where we will once again bring it all together and create another loving and caring community. With this I wish everyone a very successful new year, love you all. Jack Lightner, Production Manager Haverford Homes.

"When you walk with purpose, You collide with destiny!"
How many know you left your ill wife to make this visit to a distressed homeowner? You are a man who wears many hats and there are many who love and appreciate you.

Just getting started, wait till you see us in 2011. Piscataway Landing will be our next award, large spacious homes on very large spacious properties, why would anyone would want a quarter acre lot with a large home, when you can have two acres with a large home and lots of breathing room and play areas for the same money is just not smart shopping.
