We now have all underground utilities complete, and have gone “green” with our new infiltration trenches which control water runoff. The Spring Market has officially arrived! Over the last week we’ve had multiple sales across the County. Our lenders are advising us that the rates are slowly rising as the economy regains confidence. Many experts say that the buying opportunities are now. In fact, some would say to make a move now, before the sellers cut back on the sugar that make the deals so sweet.
